karen patricia lattnerJuly 10, 2015beef stroganoff was imported here by the US in the 50's. It has gone out of fashion there except in school cafeterias. Why anyone thinks it's a good dish, anywhere, anytime, remains a mystery.

Their Silog is a must try! It's super sulit at P218.00. The tapa is sweet which I love. #sweettooth
Everyone loves their Beef Stroganov, but my personal favorite is the Beef Medditeranean Salad. 😊👌👌
Aside from their Stroganov (which is delicious as well) try their Grilled Chikari ~ served with a unique rice with tomatoes in it. Delectable!
This place has really leveled up! I remember the free pomelo juice for every plate of their signature dishes like the Saigon Adobo, my favorite! Cebu trip is not complete without iLa Puti.
When I'm in here, it's either Beef Stroganov or Saigon Adobo or Gravy Crazy or Chicken Jambalaya. Try their Pink Lemonade too!
Grilled Jakari is great! Also highly recommend the Big breakfast or Silog Special and the Phoenix Mandarin Salad.
Nonihm Thai, in hot, or very hot, will definitely satisfy those who like it hot. Like me. ;) This has quickly become my new favorite in Cebu. =)

Beef stroganov!!! Now and then always their best seller!- Grilled chicken chikari is hust a personal fave that i can never miss in this place;)
- Hot sandwiches: Cheesesteak Sandwich / Po'Boi Sandwich / Vietnamese Adobo Sandwich - must try!
Nice ambiance, food is simply delish.. Good place to unwind..- New on the menu: Dragon Chop and Bibimbap. Must try!!!
