Urban Kick Boxing

Classes
We offer pole dancing aerobics class every day. Classes are designed to build your upper body & core strength, & increase your overall flexibility, endurance, self-awareness, & sensuality. Each class begins w/ stretching, abdominal exercises, & upper body conditioning before the students learn pole moves. Students will learn 200+ pole moves, floor work, & transitions. We have a limited number of students in each class. This allows each student to receive more attention from the teacher as well as safety measures. Private lessons are also available. Late arrivals may not be allowed in the class. If you are going to be late or absent please give notice. You should register for class in advance to guarantee admittance.
Attire
For the first 3 classes you are allowed to wear comfortable workout gear, such as tights, shorts or sweats. After the first 3 classes, short shorts are required. Heels are recommended but not necessary. You may also bring knee pads. For your safety please avoid wearing any lotions, oils, & jewelry to class.
Levels
We do not offer class by levels, each class is designed for all levels. That totally benefits you! You can start your classes at your convenience & determine your own schedule. You will always learn new moves in each class, which increase in intensity as you progress at your own pace. You may purchase individual classes or a package of classes. Discounted rates on classes, workshops & retail are offered to students who purchase a package of classes. Package holders may also schedule open (practice) pole sessions.
