Small but luxurious hotel! Had one of the best stays. Front desk was very friendly, and all other staff made sure everything we needed was available. Valet has in-and-out privileges.

Walk directly across Bloor St. and visit "Philosopher's Walk"! It's a great little oasis of green and quiet with grass and trees and the odd squirrel to entertain! Great for a "15 minute vacation"!

Service is good. Food at the tapas bar/lounge (unsure of name) is good. Nice rooms. Better than front St location.

Light sleeper? Ask for a room facing the courtyard; otherwise you may end up facing Bloor St... which is usually anything but!

Ask for a kids pack. It includes a tooth brush, bubble bath, crayons and other fun childrens stuff in a water proof bag.

Never book this hotel. I have booked two queen beds and they gave me one bed camp and a queen. I'm tired!! This hotel sucks!!!!
