- Most of the guests come from/to the Cleveland Clinic. Suites are very comfortable, spacious, newly renovated. Customer service is good as well.

- Make sure to upgrade your access to The Club Lounge! So beautiful and the staff is amazing! The food is stocked as well as the coolers of beverages!
