- Bunny K.January 2, 2014Free high speed wi-fi, pretty lobby and convenient location to malls, restaurants and anything Addison. $90 w tax via Priceline. One thing I hate is the pillow! Too fluffy and thick, hurts my neck
- Rebecca BlakeAugust 22, 2013It's all about the Guava BBQ Duck Quesadillas here. Do not miss! A fine hotel, great car service, outstanding staff. Excellent for biz& pleasure, shuttle to Galleria
- Olivier KabuyaSeptember 3, 2015Staff was very helpful for our event. I forgot my power strip and extension cord, the staff went out of their way to find me some and help make the event successful.
- Glen AustinJanuary 23, 2016Mainstay of the Addison skyline. We were there for a NYE party which was a blast! Big crowds, but handled well!
- Douglass L.May 26, 2015Don't get the Mule. Nothing Moscow about it. It should be removed from the menu. But their water was amazing!
- Winston EdmondsonSeptember 23, 2014There's a Starbucks here! It's much nicer, and much less crowded than the stand alone Starbucks across the street.
- Mark BSeptember 15, 2011Usually get this hotel thru Hotwire at good rate (usually between $75 & $95). Decent rooms and a plus with free parking. Close to lots of quality restaurants in Addison.
- This is a fine hotel in an excellent location near to literally hundreds of restaurants from fast food to haute cuisine. The maid service is first class although the front desk is somewhat undermanned
- Jay LDecember 31, 2012Well-maintained but old. No free wireless?? We got through Travelocity's Top Secret Hotel but in retrospect should have gone with Sheraton which has free breakfast and wifi for about same price.
- Rebecca BlakeAugust 25, 2013The super upscale gift shop has 50% off all their clothing items right now.
- Tuan N'GaiMarch 17, 2013With the exception of a dirty coffee maker and $9.95 per day Internet, I had a great stay.
- Tracy DietrichMay 1, 2011This place is gorgeous - must have been renovated recently - staff is fabulous and the bed - well it's like sleeping on a cloud!!
- RussellDecember 12, 2013Free Wi-Fi if you are a guest. Not the nicest hotel, but works fine for a business trip or convention.
- Allison BuchananSeptember 22, 2011No wireless when attending for a work conference is a big FAIL. Nice hotel, comfy beds, good service, cute shuttle drivers ;0)
- Kate MalicanOctober 31, 2011Pretty hotel but AC doesn't cool as well in the rooms as it does the hallways. On the weekends you can get it thru hotwire for under $60!
- Great location, bad Internet, smoky rooms, good food, fast elevators, good for a convention.
- Nice hotel; but of all the Intercontinentals I have stayed at this one is the worst.
- This is the first hotel I have ever stayed in that does not provide an FM radio!
- This Hotel chain is always impressive. I stay with them whenever I can.
- Robert GoadSeptember 29, 2011Bar has Pepsi products. Waitress accepted my Jack and Coke order. When I complained about the taste she admitted it was Pepsi. She told me it really doesn't matter. At $10/drink it actually does.
- Attended a Networking Event last nite and the Bar Service was HORRIBLE!
- Rebecca BlakeAugust 25, 2013Not sure about others being charged for wifi, but was freely available throughout hotel during my stay
- Shawn PartridgeOctober 15, 2010Great looking hotel but absolutely terrible to stay at. Bad Internet, unkept decor, and unmaintenanced in general. Gym, restaurant, bar under construction.
- Rafael RojoOctober 5, 2016El hotel es grande y es confortable. Para eventos tiene salones de buen tamaño pero algunos de ellos huelen a humedad. El servicio es bastante bueno. Estacionamiento e internet gratis.
