- Bring your own water or bottle caps for 24 oz water. You can bring 2 bottles of unopened water in. They sell water without the caps!
- Sadie CoffinJuly 13, 2016The concert was awesome, great venue, and the food was surprisingly tasty! And there's a lot of shade by the trees for when it's really hot in the summer.
- Kevin NewmanJuly 30, 2016Rain or shine is a lie. When you drive up from Richmond and get all the way to your seats with a beer in your hand, they cancel the show anyway! Counting Crows. August 2016.
- Fast pass is absolutely worth it. Get to the lawn, grab a refillable soft drink and enjoy the show!
- Katie GoodlingSeptember 3, 2013I recently attended a show here and had no parking or traffic issues. Will be back next summer!
- Gabriel M.May 12, 2019Just hope your concert isn’t held on a rainy day. Parking area was a huge puddle of mud and even the covered seats weren’t safe from rain during the concert. Overall not a great venue.
- Becky WebsterJune 16, 2012If you arrive before parking lots open, pull over before passing the entrances. Otherwise you'll be forced to park way at the other end.
- Get ready to pay $16.50 for a craft beer. Even a Bud will set you back $12.50.
- VH1July 21, 2010Wondering who was the first act to perform at Jiffy Lube Live? The answer: The Village people. Remember Y-M-C-A? Yes, those guys. – Team Live Nation
- VIP parking is the greatest on hot sunny days. Shade is great!
- basiaAugust 25, 2013Tobacco chewers spit right by your blanket/hand and smoking is permitted. So at least it's a classy venue. Booze for $11, 13, or 14.
- Try to park on the hill. It gets you out faster and a more private area without the crowds around you. Love my country concerts but one con is they are like being at a frat party.
- Chris GutierrezAugust 12, 2015Seen J. Cole here! And Kanye waaaay back when. Great venue. Parking is a nightmare, though.
- Tony ChangSeptember 11, 2013The guys at the A1 tent will upgrade your tickets to table seating in section 205 for free!
- Tom HarrissAugust 19, 2016I paid big bucks for a VIP treatment but when it came to leaving my lot, which was part of the VIP, was last to empty. Living 2 hours away will seriously reconsider this venue in the future.
- Amy DaneAugust 17, 2014If you can wait until getting inside gates for restrooms, lines are MUCH shorter.
- Pay for premium parking or stay home. The wait to get out of the parking lot is longer than the concert.
- Maggie MacGSeptember 10, 2018Parking is awful and it is a hot sweaty venue in the summer but views of the stage are basically good from everywhere.
- Leyna GAugust 9, 2015Don't bring a selfie stick! If you do, leave it in your car. They're not allowed.
- Francine TylerJune 16, 2012Make sure you bring a red soli cup. Security already harassed me for having a beer can
- Chris KennedySeptember 4, 2017If you see that a band you like is playing here, find another venue. This is literally the worst venue around
- Dana DisboroughMay 23, 2011The new anti-tailgating rule has made this venue horrible for multiple reasons... Too many to list here. Hope the country concerts don't suffer from this new policy!
- Ashley PastorekJuly 31, 2014Pathetic they can't do any better with parking and controlling traffic at Balls Ford and Wellington intersection. Pathetic.
- Use your phone to text JLL + your problem to 69050 ... Does this work?
- Steve ScarlataJuly 21, 2012There isn't one good thing about this venue. It's a logistical cluster fuck in many ways but the traffic and parking are by far the worst. Go to Baltimore or Philadelphia, it will honestly be faster.
- Julia BSeptember 11, 2013Absolutely no public transport. Taxi is about 50$ from the Broad Run train station :(
- Katie PriceMay 3, 2011The Jonas Brothers & Demi Lovato performed here twice!! I saw them both times <3
