Received an excellent service from Jim's Shoe Repair shop. The customer support staff is very nice and attentive. Doing their job very well. So much neat, clean & very well maintained area. Nice shop.

Best shoe repair in NYC. And they don't overcharge either. I bring in totally beat up shoes and they come out looking like new every time.

Take a tip from Mr Taps (that's me) - there's a reason Barney's and bergdorfs steer their customers to Jim's - simply the best shoe repair and shoe shine establishment in NYC. Master craftsmen!

Every once in a while our boots need a polish and soles repairing... Jim's is the one we always trust. Oh, and they can replace a heel cap in less than five minutes.
