- Nothing like a New York sports clubs by any standard. Just come here for a no frills work out, the staff is great and at times very helpful and most importantly the machines. Bring a towel.
- Friendly place with a lot of people who will cheer you on. And there are lots of women who work out here.

- Its Really a Muscle Gym; few women are members. Best time to workout for optimal use of equipment is at 11PM or 10AM. The Equipment is a bit dated; and the member ship is pricey.
- Just get in and workout. Bare bones facility; No frills or luxuries here.
