Excellent hotel, everything is good! Cleanliness 9.5/10, bed 9/10, shower 9/10, staff 9/10, value for money 8.5/10. Exceptional and highly recommended!

Absolutely gorgeous hotel. We were upgraded to a fabulous suite and the service was exceptional. Definitely one of my new favorite hotels. Highly recommended.

Staff has poor communication skills. May be tired from serving large amount of guests, catered to families. More like a regular Marriott than a JW grade hotel. Rooms big and very convenient.
