- (2) no porter to pick up ur bags as u arrive .. the taxi had to carry them to the door - they don’t change ur dirty towels and no refill ur tissues ! Plus u have to always buy ur water !

- Christian MillerSeptember 4, 2014Great view from the rooftop but only tiny pool. Staff very friendly but not all of them are competent. Its a good hotel but charging 24€ for wifi is a ridiculous in the 21st century.

- Sorry to say I won’t be staying here again ! Location wise it’s great .. but other services ! Not really ! WiFi isn’t free unless u register and become a member (1)
- Whoever designed this hotel must be a former professional labyrinth designer of Disney land. Even the personal did not know where to find the rooms
- Always my home in Cannes ,this year service was not like before mainly the Concerge he is always rude but this year was more .

- A four star at best. No spa, bad service, bar closes at midnight, terrible cappuccinos.
- Et surtout apres tant d erreur pour un hotel 5* (4 en 5 jours) on propose d offrir un petit dej bravo on est des clochard( on veux gratter un petit dej a 30€) jaurai regardé lesprix seraiparti ailleur
- Обстановка и атмосфера на 5+, а с сервисом для отеля такого уровня случаются не мелкие проблемы. Завтраки достойные, персонал доброжелательный. Своего пляжа нет.

- Konum, Odalar, Karşılama, Servis ve Yemek kalitesi gayet iyiydi.10 üzerinden 8 alır.
- Clim defectueuse , personnel de maintenance incompetent moquette taché et employé qui pue appriori la douche n est pas obligatoire!
- Vraiment décevant pour un 5* (filantes). Climatisation défectueuse, des prises de courant et du mobilier abimé. Ca vieillit très mal!!
- Tjrs pareils serveur nul ! Ne savent meme pas repondre au question de leur menu ! Allez ailleurs c mieux!
