Fantastic level of service and ammenities. Only issue...the beds & pillows. Worst nights sleep ever. Again, a beautiful hotel. Marriot has outdone themselves.

Check in early when there's an event in town. Parking was full & ended up paying for overnight parking across the street.

There is no reason to stay on a high floor because you are in the skyline , there is nothing to look out at over, remember, you're in Indianapolis not New York.

Osteria Pronto, Italian restaurant isn't consistent, same dish ordered 5 days later, not the same quality; Service is either great or inexperienced. Based on 4 visits over 2 week period.

You can't take the stairs down to the lobby. Have to exit the stairs on the 4th floor.

So far HATING my experience here. Hectic confusing lobby. This expensive of a hotel and no free wifi and fridge is ridiculous. Room is uncomfortable and loud. And I NEVER complain.
