Nicest location - close to metro station Porte de Orleans. The rooms are small and pretty cozy (and warm in January). Several supermarkets around, takes about 25 minutes walk to Tour Montparnasse
Not that expensive as the description originally says - you can have a lunch/dinner menu from €12,9 (two meals) to €24,9 (2 meals an dessert). Clean and nice
