- Terminal B. Floor 2 (before security check) - you can find an observation deck here and watch planes. Entrance is 1 PLNUpvoted 1 week ago
- Aleksch P.July 13, 2013My standard airport. The new terminal is quite nice, upstairs in the lunch center the food is quite good as well, e.g. you can get a soup of the day for only 3pln. All in all well organised i think.
- Natalia B.December 10, 2016Out of all Polish airports small ones like KTW are the best ones - no lines, super nice staff, empty business lounges and personalized service.
- Manna JustinApril 7, 2014If you have time, the best place to sit down is on the first floor where there a restaurants. Comfortable, good coffee in SO Coffee and place to charge my phone.
- Benjamin JohansenJanuary 13, 2015Small polish airport. Went through terminal B without problems. Going to Katowice or Kraków? Mateusezk (or something like that) offers mini bus transfers for competitive prices
- Vitaly ZhukMay 17, 2012If you need English speaking taxi driver my advice is to call Robert +48511004953. I found him very friendly and intelligent one.
- Martin MiJanuary 10, 2017It seems like Wizzair almost owns this airport. They have a representative from a handling company checking boarding passes before security line including baggage size.
- Marcin KokottSeptember 30, 2013If you have star alliance gold Card you can go through fast track security check on the first floor. Without card it's possible with some payment.
- You can park your car outside airport's parking zone for much better price. Airport is located around 100 km from Kraków
- Vít OlšákFebruary 1, 2016In village near by, everyone has a private parking lot on the back of a house for small amount of money. Go by a car and leave it there, they will drive you in front of airport!
- Be careful with luggage, cause stuff may be stolen from it. From my suitcase was stolen pandora's charm, which was bought as a present from Poland. So better somehow lock it or even roll it with a tape
- Kamil BrzezińskiNovember 7, 2013Kebab w Terminalu B na 2 pietrze w normalnej cenie. There is kebab on 2nd floor at terminal B for a non-airport price.
- Noble MarthaAugust 2, 2016Small airport in the middle of nowhere. Keep in mind to book some shuttle bus to Katowice especially when arriving at night. Taxi may cost 90 PLN and more.
- AndriyAugust 24, 2017No luggage storage, the only option is to get to the railway station in the city and pay 14 PLN.
- If you are looking for a transfer from/to airport, I recommend AWOS - quality cars, competitive prices (cheaper than taxi!). They have their stand in terminal A.
- Kevin van DunNovember 16, 2015Small but convenient airport. As far as I can tell there is no free wifi, at least I did not find it.
- Patrick MurphyMay 7, 2011Food in the upstairs restaurant is nice, a bit steep price-wise (like all airports) but still it's very good
- Niklas WeinsApril 7, 2015The gates in Terminal B are tiny and very messy... if you're flying with Wizz Air make sure to line up early
- Martin MiJanuary 10, 2017If your cabin baggage is even a bit over-sized, they'd force you to pay. I had a suitcase just 2 cm wider then their made-up "limitations" and lady impolitely threw me out of security line.
- An absolutely terrible airport. No public WIFI, ones owned by cafes not always work. Looking for a breakfast spot? Avoid SO Coffee at all cost unless you want to spend 7 EUR on non-fresh sandwich.
- Kateryna KlymentenkoApril 19, 2014Passport Control is unbelievably slow. It can surely ruin all your plans as all the transfer buses would be gone by the time you're done...
- Don't exchange money at the airport, better use an ATM - the rate for shure will be 25% better as well as in the exchange offices in the city
- Zina PApril 20, 2019Cozy, but not friendly for non-polish speaking people. I didn’t find any english speaking person. Not the best places to wait
- Take a hotdog from the snack bar at the end of terminal A !!! Delicious
- Filip OlšovskýOctober 8, 2017Don’t leave your shopping for after the check-in, there are literally two overpriced shops to choose from.
- DominikSeptember 13, 2014The cheapest food option if you are really hungry is hot dog in 1 minute shop
- Javier Polanco Gonz.August 20, 2014Not the best in the world buy you can find everything you can need
- Voyage Café upstairs makes great coffe and has great view.
- Artem KarpenkoJanuary 6, 2015Terminal A: no Wi-Fi; toilet in the area before gates is very small, just for one person; only one place to eat smth.
- Dmytro TsypkinOctober 27, 2013Probably it's one of the worst airports in Europe. Everything's so slow; crowds are everywhere — on the security check, on the passport check, near the check-in tables.
- Martin PMay 14, 2012Not the most amazing building, but the food upstairs is good and there's free wifi
- Alexander KushpilJuly 11, 2015I have not seen any worse airport than this one. Passport control and security check are more than humiliating. They turned over all my stuff, every single item, and they do it without gloves!Horrible
- There is free wifi from ING in waiting terminal B. Even got chargers for Android and iPhone
- AnnaMarch 18, 2015Do not change money here- the exchange rate sucks. Minibuses (in front of Arrivals) will take you to Krakow Main Railway station for 50 zloty in 1,5 hours. No pre-booking needed.
- Elena GolenevaAugust 19, 2011On a control the polish customs officers have taken away a bottle limoncello from dutyfree
