Trains/Buses/Metro at the end of terminal 2. Don't get out from terminal 1 if you are not taking a cab! Use the terminal 2 exit!

Line ups at passport control can be horrendous. Leave time and check the line ups - cafes etc nearby so you can observe.

Very nice when they are staffed in security and check in but that rarely happens so be prepared for waiting and for rude staff

There are hardly any power outlets anywhere to charge a laptop or cellphone in the airport, which is a serious lack for us that have to work when traveling.

Everything is very well organized but the food everywhere is disgusting. A hamburger from 'BurgerKing' was the worst I've ever tried. But good thing is that the railway station is right inside.

Gates F1-F10 are so far away from the rest of the airport, there should be a connecting flight to baggage reclaim.

If you're taking the train to Copenhagen then save yourself from queueing by picking up a train ticket from the machine in the luggage area instead.

While CPH used to be a good-to-great airport, sadly the airport retail franchise "mafia" have taken over and made CPH like any other airport. But a great place to learn Swedish.

If it weren't so RIDICULOUSLY OVERPRICED this airport could easily compete with any shopping mall. There's literally twice as many stores than gates here!

The toilets near A6 gate have cold tap water, which you can refill empty drinking water bottle.

Nice airport, good food options BUT the lack of seats makes it uncomfortable. It's just ridiculous to see people sitting on the floor or standing. :(

The waiting times for the luggage are ridiculous...! I travel a lot, but in no other airport have I ever waited as long as in CPH. And it is like that EVERY time! That's incredibly poor...

The wifi registration is long and ridiculous. But there's doors nears bars and shops where you can smoke in closed territory.

Airport is quite okay, quite overcrowded in the afternoon, need to wait in queue around 15 minutes for security check. Sometimes all toilets closed. But Copenhagen rulez!
