Jose MellaDecember 31, 2012The chicken chunks in the Paitan ramen have a delicate ginger taste. They're delicious. The portion is very small though so order extra chicken. Top it off with a half-boiled egg while you're at it.

Awesome special miso chashu ramen!! By far the best ramen place in the pasig/Mandaluyong area.

- Surprisingly, their chicken ramen is absolutely delish. Paitan is a trip!! All ramen are worth a try!
- Special miso chashu ramen is best for me. Superb taste & texture of the pork chashu.
