Back to square one. Long queues. Poorly managed. Confusion between pilgrims and residents. Hopefully the new airport Will have it all fixed!

Usually luggage are at the belt by the time you get from passports area.. but it's not the case here... might wait for an hour 😡
In my 8yrs in jeddah. Their airport has no changes at all. Airport is hot. Toilets are not clean. One of the bad airport i had seen in my life.
A tip for the parking policy in this airport. Beaware! Your car will be prone for scratches easily due to inconsiderate people.
A bunch of assholes sitting in Immigration department with no education or work ethics whatsoever! The moment you enter this crappy airport you start hating this country because of their attitude!

Travel time between Jeddah and Riyadh is 3 hours 1:20 is flying time and 1:40 in the bus 😥
Busy airport,toilet not clean,customers not really friendly.Not clean,big but old furniture and infrasstructure.Crowded,chaos.

A clean well-organised airport, but not that fantastic. Some of its gates are still under renovation, without much services offered! It's OK, but not that fancy!
- Shahab YFebruary 1, 2014They only accept Saudi currency at the airport. You can pay by CC at the duty free shops but not the restaurant and the coffee shop. They accept foreign currency but FX rate is horrible!
