After waiting for more than 35 minutes at the gate (24) i found out after asking the employee without any announcements that the gate has been changed again without notice!
BestTravellerDecember 15, 2022Modern airport. Quick passport control. There are enough desks. Taxi time is long (10 minutes to the gates).
Basic lounge, good coffeeshops. Eat before coming to the airport
Actually there's a smoking area in each corner of the gate. For example, in domestic terminal it's in the corner nearby gate 31 and 38 ;)
Ask about gates here, the reader-board is never correct. The gates seem to change more frequently than the excuses for why. I hope the pilots aren't this disorganized, or this will be a short trip ✈️
I start to like it with the new stuff and new stores in it my flights don't usually get delate
New and improved airport everyday. Fast service and out of the airport in a jiffy.
QUICK check in .. no strict security like other countries ... once u check ur luggage ; seconds u will be in plane .. welcome and bye

If you ever lost your car check in ticket to the bloody parking , head to parking no. 226 (parking office) to get a copy in order to get out and make sure you have your ID
New customs process is pretty streamlined. I arrived from Washington and was out on the street in 5 minutes. I'm impressed.

It gets worse everytime I meet the stupid people working here. They are always busy reading the paper and checking their phones, but don't you dare ask them a question..

The premier lounge announcement microphones are not working! My boarding pass had a different gate number than the screen

Immigration is much faster here than any other Saudi airport
I love RUH airport. No trains, no shuttles, no buses. Just the jet bridge between you and the airplane.
The only place in riyadh that spread happiness is the departure terminal 😜. guaranteed excitement
اللهم اني استغفرك و أتوب اليكFebruary 26, 2019Seriously Saudi airlines! We just came from LA and we had to stop at Jeddah to drop some passengers and then come here to Riyadh! Plus meals were below average and snakes were terrible
It’s a small terminal with relatively cheap prices for the duty free.
It's good if you airplane is by the hose, if not you need to have a buss to the plane and this how you will look like
People are friendly, staff is professional & very supportive. Thank you

Free wifi through Zain wifi hotspot - if you are a visitor from Dubai you can receive the passcode only on an etisalat number (Du doesn't receive the sms)
Improved a lot and became one of the best airports in region
Take SAPTCO limousine, fixed prices, luxury cars and extremely convenient ! just 20sr extra than regular taxi ...
Process improvement and enhancement look growth continuously, awaiting Riyadh metro 🚊
Alec PeckMarch 5, 2012If you arrive and there is a huge line to get to the scanner before the check in gates you can give the baggage guys SR 10 and they will get you to the front.
