Kira BrownMay 8, 2013Pretty much EVERYTHING is made in house (sodas, vodkas, BACON). You have to try everything @ least once. BTW where are you gonna find a spot that makes THEIR OWN GOOD BACON with all dishes under $20?!
coughsodaJuly 3, 2013The staff was uniformly friendly (and genuine), the chicken liver pâté was delicious and plentiful, and there was nothing but great deep house on the stereo all night. Gem.
One of the best things to happen to the area. Solid homemade southern food, drinks and happy hour. And love their homemade hot sauce!!
I love this brunch--definitely try the cornbread, goat cheese and avocado omelette, and short rib hash.
New spot in the hood. Try their side sampler. Greens, mac & cheese & au gratin potatoes. Don't forget the cornbread.

Try the lunch special chicken sandwich with salad for 7 bucks only.. Possible the best lunch day in this hood.

If you enjoy a 40 minute bonus wait, pick the pecan pie. Seriously, it's actually very good.
The food is very nice and so are the drinks. The female blonde bartender is a joke. Does not know anything about customer service. It's a shame for such a nice place.
