KOMPAS: Surfer style restaurant with hanging surfboards all over the restaurant and an open beer garden in the back. Steak, fish and grilled chicken are all on the menu, with a gourmet style finish.
KOMPAS: In the centre of Maxvorstadt, this restaurant offers a regularly changing number of cuts, and you can expect to see huge slabs of meat on the grill. Very minimalist decor with hanging bulbs on rope.
KOMPAS: A slightly more expensive spot for steak, they have a 'showroom' of meats in a freezer if you don't fancy their standard cuts. Cooked to perfection, and very balanced meats, this is a must try.
KOMPAS: Offering an outside terrace in the summer months, this spot can be a little pricey but the steaks make it worth the spend. High quality and very tasty. Expect to see Schicki-Micki's dining regularly.
