- Try the Wednesday morning Bodyworks plus Abs class or the Wednesday Mat Pilates class. If you choose to work with a trainer they all are great but Celeste is the best.
- Kind of small, gets cramped quick and aside from cardio there's really only one of each machine. Waiting can be a nuisance especially if you're trying to get a quick routine in. Plenty of free weights
- Cheryl WongJanuary 18, 2018They haven't had a good instructor since the end of 2016 and now in 2018 they do not have any kickboxing class. This gym needs a real kickboxing instructor/class. Too many zumba/yoga classes here.
- This is a nice and clean gym, mostly for novices & moderately experienced lifters. The low price point means more doodbro douchebags though, and during a 2 week trial I saw quite a few.
- Abby TAugust 6, 2014For the price, this place is the best. Always clean, people are nice, and very nice new equipment. Couldn't ask for more.
- The gym doesn't foster a "put your weights away" environment. You are always looking for a dumbbell. They also turn the lights out on you early while you are still upstairs.
- This small gym is designed more for people who want to be trained by its PTs and those who knows what to do. This is 'go in and out' type of a gym.
- Damon SununtnasukDecember 28, 2016Staff is really apathetic and unapologetic, but the facilities are nice and the price is affordable.
- Alex GrunbergMay 27, 2015Nice place to lift, sauna, shower. Maybe not in that order. Also classes are interesting.
- The janitor is always bumping into you and crowding your workout.
- Limited space and equipment. Does not make for a quick workout. Also, they don't enforce putting free weights away.
- Small. Good for getting in a quickie before a night on the town though.
