    I have been coming here for over 10 years...have had 3 toyotas and 2 service people to take care of me....having a service person to keep in contact with helps.

    The wait time is not long at all if you go early. No appointments. It's first come first serve. Dave Winfield is very helpful. Sorry I no longer own my Prius.
