Free parking for 3 hrs, dont need to pay for parking if you went to see the last full show, gates are left open past 11pm.

unlike most places around town, structured parking is absolutely free with no strict time limit or ticket validation. that's one less thing to think about.

Kind of a weird layout, have to go through Nordstroms, on the 3rd level, then back down to get your ticket at a station to the left of the snack counters then in my case, back up to go to the theater.

theater 9 is super tiny but really cozy. there are about 10 couches instead of seats.
