- As an UWS-er, I don't know what I'd do without Lansky's. It's my go-to restaurant. I've been going since it opened, and I've never had a bad meal. An UWS staple. You won't regret it!

- Best Jewish soul food in town. Matzoh balls (almost) like your mom and grandma made em....and the pastrami is absolute perfection. And on top of that, very moderately priced!

- I love Lansky's but be weary of Sunday brunch; it gets slammed. Don't hold it against them if it takes a little longer to get everything. It gets kinda crazy. Best thing to do is come in and order out

- They never remember orders for fries. Make sure you double check with your waiter to make sure the order goes in.

- Whatever you do, make sure you order the Meyer's Cup, preferably a carafe.
