A warm pool and a 20+ person hot tub is a huge plus for this hotel. Prices are low, rooms are clean, staff is friendly and helpful. Free breakfast includes biscuits & gravy, and make your own waffles. Read more

We found a condom, hanger, and other pieces of trash in the corner. The door hinge was also falling off the room door. BUT the beds are comfy, the staff is great, and the rest of the hotel seems okay

Very nice hotel,staff was friendly. We had all three of our dog's there without a fee. Will stay here next time in Cincy.

Lots of pillows but bed is hard. AC fan does not run continuously and startles you when it comes on. Group of people on our floor are loud with kids running up and down the hall at 11:45 at night.

Bug found on floor. Door shuts too loudly waking baby. One of the lifts was not well maintained. None of them had certificates. When asked hotel staff for milk for baby at night, they didn't help

The service is great! The hotel looks like it was expensive. It was wasn’t. Ethan is super at the front desk!

Found a dirty toilet upon checking into my room. Staff did not know how to handle this issue. Never staying here again.
