Mark GahaganAugust 7, 2014Lots of equipment for a small gym. Friendly staff and gym regulars, a rare combo that works well. If you are into powerlifting, they have a ton of stuff to help you with that.
John is really nice. Come to think of it every one is really friendly. I might like getting into shape after all.
