Dfw Dean: Boom Boom Shrimp: a ver nice fried shrimp appetizer.Catfish Atchafalaya: basically their Crawfish Etouffee with catfish, which I ordered blackened, was delicious. Beignets: oh yes!
Dfw Dean: Pickles in the table: yum!Half duck was perfect.Rack of lamb was delicious.And who knew I liked giant carrots before today! Wow!Key Lime Pie: they said tangy, I tasted bitter.$5 Valet parking!
Dfw Dean: Had the Pastor Burrito and sampled the Brisket Quesadillas: delicious is not praise enough, they were tasty and homemade.The mild green Salsa was a perfect fit for the Burrito.
Dfw Dean: Pizza is pretty decent: ordered the margarita and the carne pizzas with a side order of the meatballs.The meatballs but they were delicious. The Carne pizza was seriously meaty too.Give it a try.
Dfw Dean: You like huge old fashioned burgers this is the place: I ordered the (not so old fashioned) peanut butter burger. Two patties with bacon, cheese and peanut butter, and a side order of corn fritters.
Dfw Dean: Arancini: yummy fried rice balls, could use either a side dipping sauce or more bolognese in it.Margherita Pizza: a classic they nailed it very well.Valet parking: yuck!

Dfw Dean: Tortillas? Really? Oh well, that’s unfortunate. I ordered the shawarma press: the flavors of the meat in my shawarma burrito was yummy.That’s it: SHAWARMA BURRITOS!!
Dfw Dean: Ordered the Jimmy’s Wild burger with a side order of fries: the patty was perfectly crisped outside, moist and flavorful on the inside, and the toppings were perfectly proportioned.
Dfw Dean: Damn good pizza: we ordered the pulled pork and the NY White pizzas and they were delicious.Bar is, well, not well stocked unless you are into canned beer.
Dfw Dean: They pass the Margherita Pizza test (it’s what I order at a new pizza place I’ve never been to before): your can taste the tomato (not paste) is the sauce and the crust was nicely done.
Dfw Dean: I ordered the Patty Melt and a side order of half+half (fries and onion rings): the Patty Melt was about the most perfect one I’ve had in a very long time. Delicious.The sides, not so much.
Dfw Dean: Ordered the Eggs Benedict, comes with home fries and “fruit”: all tasted delicious except for the fact that both of the eggs where in the one English muffin half. Sliding it back was interesting.

Dfw Dean: The meatloaf: very nicely done, great looking plate and all tasted great.My fellow diners ordered the beef fajitas, catfish plate, and daily special sandwich. We all licked our plates clean.
Dfw Dean: Good sandwiches served Moroccan style (think shawarma or falafel on a very soft French roll with all those yummy Mediterranean pickles and spices).
Dfw Dean: Hummus: very tasty. Pita bread was fresh too.Tabbouli: a bland bowl of parsley predominantly.Shawarma Wrap: piping hot, very tasty, but way too greasy, oily..Knafeh: amazingly good.

Dfw Dean: The hummus is very good, so is falafel, and my combo platter (half beef half chicken) was delicious.Baklava for dessert was decently flaky: needs more syrup.
Dfw Dean: Old School restaurant with old-school menu and old customers and attentive but aloof waitstaff. Worth savoring once in a while. Fixed menus have all the fussy classics that no one else serves anymore.
