- William GeroncoSeptember 1, 2015When in Montreal, this is our place to stay. Clean, friendly staff, plenty of Parking and right close to everything.
- Marc SOctober 26, 2018If you get Club Level access, very nice hors d’œuvres at happy hour, 5-8pm daily.
- 👾June 22, 2018Friendly staff, good internet but the rooms are a bit tight and dull unlike the lobby which is way better! They serve Starbucks coffee at the bar
- Good hotel, very comfortable with good rooms. The Sheraton Club on the 37th is very pretty and the food served is good also! Staff is very polite.
- eva mariaMarch 26, 2015If you wish to have lunch outside the hotel, located just across the street is La prep offering very reasonable price quality & fresh breakfast&lunch meals. Definitely recommended!
- Easy drive from the airport with bus 747, has space for luggage. Friendly reception, great view!
- Christine Elizabeth LapradeNovember 30, 2012Had a few drinks next to the fireplace after the L Cohen concert at the bell center. Cool books to read! Next to centre bell. Will go again.
- Great location to St. Catherine's street. Large hotel with lots of rooms but can get loud during the weekends.
- Matt WhithamMarch 30, 2015Nice rooms, good bed. Decor was remodelled about 5 years ago with nice business features.
- Lance LacoffJune 14, 2016Nice hotel to stay at for business although it is strange they charge $3 per bag to hold your bag at concierge. This is usually a free service with tips only provided to staff.
- Decent basic hotel, walking distance from everywhere that matters in Montreal. Food options are lacking but nearby coffee shops compensate. Gym and indoor pool are nice.
- Harry ScottSeptember 26, 2012Hong Kong Himark Tailors Travelling to Montreal Sep 27-29, check their latest schedule, make an appointment to get fitted. Attractive offers during this trip. Read more
- Amazing service and friendly staff. Very central location.
- Khaled Al-QinnehSeptember 2, 2013Incredible hotel and unbelievable service!! I would skip the lounge especially for drinks and food, a bottle of coke costs $5.64
- Christine RJune 10, 2013Hotel was fine. Front desk staff grumpy. I always want to keep my towels but 1 hook for family of 4 really doesn't provide that option. Concierge was helpful. Good location.
- They give u huge room and great view if you are platinum. Also recommend the sauna and whirlpool are usually empty.
- IAHGVA SGRAugust 2, 2013Avoid if you need to rely on a steady Internet connection. I have never had to log on so many times in one stay to access Internet, utterly annoying and disruptive
- Can't find the Club floor? You're in the wrong set of elevators. Cross the hallway to find ones with a 37th Floor button.
- Dave StinchFebruary 16, 2012Lousy hotel - never honor upgrades for SPG Gold members, rooms are tired and vary wildly in size from booking to booking - consistently sub-par experience for the $$$ - stay at the QE instead...
- Pretty good hotel but I was a little surprised that the hotel charges $2 per bag to hold your items before check-in. Not a big deal in the grand scheme of things, but this service is usually free.
- Surprised my beer was $9 in the Club Lounge Happy Hour. Other hotels (Hilton) with Club Floors do a basic open bar.
- Mark DuboisSeptember 8, 2015We got served spoiled food at breakfast at the Le Centre Sheraton Montreal! Complete disregard for the client! Mellon was visibly old, dry with teeth bite mark!!! Kidding you not' what a disgrace!!
- Always at home here at Sheraton :) love the great service
- Very noisy hotel last night. Called did not change anything, glad I am going home today. Yawwwn
- C.K. P.March 17, 2013Very noisy hotel, a result of having a room near the elevators. Avoid any of the rooms in close proximity to them!
- The in room movie system never works properly
- Lisa CharleyboyMay 2, 2011No access to club floor unless you are platinum. Unlike LAX Westin and Sheraton ABQ :(.
