Leslie Driskill: The 44th NY infantry monument is a miniature castle. You can enter it to get an awesome view of the hillside, plus see some of the rocks Union soldiers used as cover. Definitely stop here!

Leslie Driskill: This is hands down the best place to eat in Shawnee and some of the best Italian in the central Oklahoma area.

Leslie Driskill: I've been eating here for 20+ years and still will never get tired of it. The mongolian potatoes from the buffet and mongolian grill are phenomenal.
