- The Commercial AppealFebruary 18, 2011Built in 1936, the Shell once hosted acts like Elvis and Big Star. After years of disrepair it reopened in 2008 with help from the Levitt Foundation and is once again a great place to see live music.
- Since you're at the Levitt Shell bring a blanket, some ice cold refreshments and your camera! Enjoy some live music! Follow @levittshell and me @jgrammer on twitter #memphisISmusic
- David HillOctober 15, 2010Bring a blanket, some nosh and a friend or two. A lightweight jacket or sweater wouldn't hurt as it tends to get cold in the fall. Excellent shows though.
- All of the shows at the Levitt Shell are free and kid-friendly. Check the calendar for kid-focused day shows, too.
- Get a pizza from the Hi Tone, some cold beers and enjoy the awesome atmosphere.
- Circle been sold, iraqi's will run it in oct, already not restocking
