Stayed on the 5th floor and wifi was fast with strong connection. King size bed too which was great. Nothing wrong with firm beds - don't know why others are complaining about them.

The Listel Hotel in Vancouver's West End is a great hotel to retreat from Robson Street's bustling shopping district. Clean, comfortable rooms offer quiet and the hotel is close to izakayas and cafes. Read more

The suites are brilliant and the beds are heavenly. Nice complimentary happy hour for guests. I love all of the art! Great restaurant.

service has been great, beds are comfy, the only downside the room didn't had all amenities (shampoo nor conditioner), other than that is a good place to stay

~$40/day parking, where street parking is limited and not easy or safe. Wifi is unreliable; constantly in and out, and when available, often weak. Firm beds, rooms are little tired. Really nice staff.

Complimentary tea service (or organic coffee) right to your door, what an excellent way to kick off!!

You may as well use the valet, and you get cookies when you leave!

Their beds are very firm! Over all, the hotel is clean and very central. Just a short walk to everything.

The wifi is a pain. It's the only open network in range, and the performance can vary from "ok" to "non". If you need to work, plan to do it from nearby cafés instead.

Not a fan. No king bed, oh wait for $20 more a night you can stay on another floor that does. Boutique?? If that means IKEA.
