Beef 'N Beer Goulash (Ostravský Beer Stew)
Here's a classic meal with bohemian czech dumplings. We simmer lean beef and onions with a measure of pilsner beer to add a savory flavor hops safely while boiling off the alcohol.

A rich, dark "stew" full of cubed beef perfectly rendered with czech dumplings. ["Goulash" in bohemia is no "mishmash," rather it's a slow cooked carbonnade spiced with marjoram and sweet paprika founded on generous and onion base. ]
Segedin Goulash (Szeged Goulash)
Pork "stew" in a delicate sauce containing sauerkraut and a little half-and-half style village served over czech dumplings. Segedin is in hungary but implies a style of cooking in czech republic.
Marinated Beef Sirloin (Sirloin in Cream Sauce)

The stroganoff of english nobility. Well noodles accompany thesis tenderloin strips simmered in cream-tomato-mushroom sauce. Our royal family made it bohemian by adding sautéed red bell pepper slices. Even the archduke liked it with english fried potatoes and we think you will, too.
Spanish Little Birds "Roulade" (Spain Bird)
These special beef roulade encase and slightly piquant filling of chicken, red bell pepper, and capers. Additional capers are blended into the gravy ladle which we across our homemade czech dumplings.
