Even if you love spicy taste, I recommend to get the half half broth because the chili smell might be too strong for veggies. Also try the lamb wontons! It's the bomb!

As authentic as you can get -- this chain store is an import from Inner Mongolia. Be sure to order anything lamb, like Lamb Wontons. It's all you can eat for $18.99, but there's a food wastage fee!

Best hot pot I've had in town. 3rd floor, huge restaurant, upscale. I recommend the spicy broth. Don't plan on being able to do anything when you get home. You won't be able to.

This is like a well-kept secret in the International District. Order items from the regular menu like rice vermicelli, soup stock and veggies and build your hot pot to share. Clean, friendly, tasty! Read more

Great food. A bit pricey at about $25 person but with good food choices (better if they have more variety of seafood :D) for the all you can eat hot pot. They got ala carte choices too. Free parking.

The hot pot options are endless here! Recommend going with a group and ordering a variety of meats and veggies. Don't skip the mushrooms or the beef.

The beef & lamb are fantastic. Order noodles at the end with the broth. The sesame paste sauce is delicious.

The individual-item menu has some fancy extras you can't get with all-you-can-eat, so choose carefully!

Half regular, half spicy soup. Get the dumplings, beef brisket, lamb, enoki mushrooms... I could just eat this all day.

Food is good, but the service can be slow, so keep an eye on your waiter. Try out the lunch specials and boba from Young Tea next door!
