One of the best hidden gems in Seattle. Everything they make is terrific whether you are after crudo, pasta or a perfectly cooked steak. Don't miss dessert as well. A must in Seattle.

The heavily praised game dishes here are made with some of the freshest ingredients in town (by necessity). The elk pappardelle is a must have if it's on the menu. [Eater 38 Member]

A great opportunity to explore foods you've never tried or liked. Not a thing comes out of this kitchen that isn't gold. Trust the menu. You'll thank yourself later.

New owner at old Bricco space. Sam Crannell - chef/proprietor - has ever changing menu with small plates and delicious mains. Of course - large wine selection as well as nice dessert options

The "Chocolate, Chocolate, Chocolate" should actually have a fourth chocolate in the name based on how it's served. Required desert if you like Chocolate. Quite tasty.

Try the Braised Pork With Cranberry, Chestnut, Brussel Sprouts and Pumpkin - Don't bother with the knife, but get the napkin. In a good way though! Many levels of fall flavors!

They always seem to have foie gras served with sweet treats like bread pudding or French toast and berries. So deliciously sinful
