We had french onion soup, charcuterie w/ spicyelk and summer sausage and foie gras, chef’sburger, baconwedge salad and vanillacreme brûlée. Everything was fantastic-fresh and perfectly seasoned.
Wow the duck salad is fab! They will also do burger bunless. The mayo tastes house made and fantastic. This place is top notch! I'd come again. Came for lunch. No picture b/c we dug in too quickly!
Trivia night on Monday nights during the off season is a favorite of the Center staff! We always arrive early to get a good table in the bar (and to enjoy the happy hour specials!).
Excellent elkmedallions, but the Kansas strip dry-aged buffalo stole the show. Great selection of whiskeys: of note, the Breckenridge and the Pappy Van Winkle 20 year.
Come here prepared to eat some red meat! Beautiful cuts of a variety of mammals; but if you've got white meat only - the coq-au-vin does not disappoint.
The back deck just opened and is delightful. The steak panzanella salad was amazing. Steak perfectly cooked. They were also super nice to our one year old.
We had a very big group and waited 90 mins for our food. The service was not satisfying. The food was pretty good though, but the $75 steak was WAY TOO BIG. It should be shared between 3-4 people.
