- Valerie DeeDecember 10, 2016It's a more affordable full scale Marriott property in downtown London! Doesn't have all the fanciest bells and whistles, but was very nice. Concierge lounge includes free snacks and wine and beer!
- Clean rooms, but stay away from rooms 416-424. There are a few service areas for staff to utilize and the doors are consistently opening and closing starting as early as 5 a.m. Very annoying!
- Niklas MeintrupFebruary 24, 2015Rooms are a bit small, but functional and friendly. Good beds. They have tea and coffee in the room and service is friendly and efficient. Wifi works well and was free for me.
- Rooms need upgrade. Restaurant & bar area can be loud at times. Free wifi within the property.
- ᴡ LindmarkJune 30, 2014Ok hotel but rooms a bit dated. Wifi at £6 per hour is a joke when room is £270. A/c quite loud. Gym is 20 sqm so not useful. Location is good with access to Hyde park
- Geert BehetsSeptember 12, 2023Hotel is not bad but not up to Marriott standards: no food or drinks after 10 pm except a very poor choice at the market… Decent breakfast option
- Far better service here than at most Stateside Marriotts. Will definitely stay here again!
- Viki T.September 1, 2012Small but nice rooms with coffee and tea facilities. Breakfast is just OK. Good location.
- Not a bad hotel. Good location. Service was great after staying here 11 nights
