Karen SheelerJune 11, 2011Be advised. Handicapped parking is not free in the sort term lots at LAX. I don't even know if that is legal, but there you have it.
Maybe the friendliest, happiest TSA ever. Must be the sunshine.
Be careful, the seating by the bag claim area will give you major swamp butt if you sit too long.
Billy FMay 14, 2011Get there early, when I was flying back to NY we had to wait over 45 minutes to go through security. By that point, we had to run to our flight.
ruby's diner might be the ok place to wait for your plane...theyll make simple scrambled eggs and bacon if you ask
Protip: the food options in AA terminal suck. Do yourself a favor an go to encounter bar for wacky drinks and alien elevator music.
Last minute, change your flight to Vegas just for fun. Enjoy.
Water fountains are few and far between. Fill up when you see one!
Use Lyft or Uber. Avoid the flyaway buses and the yellow cabs.
I have nothing good to say about my experience here... but at least there's a Burger King. I have nothing good to say about that either.
Virgin America has free coffee in Gate area 11/30 due to computer issues
Donald BuleyJune 10, 2013Arriving and waiting for my pickup was intense. So many people milling around but the security force kept things in order. Departing from there wasn't too difficult. Lines weren't terribly at 4pm.

Be prepared to take off pretty much all of your cloths at security. That's what they made me do.
Make sure your liquids, gels, and aerosols are 3.4 oz or smaller. Or I'm taking them! Lol
This is the busiest airport in the US, so you have to take it with a bit of patience... still, flights are usually on time, and most terminals have a decent food selection. Non-stop to everywhere!
