In​ 1710, john smithwick founded his brewery in kilkenny in the grounds of the old st. francis abbey. Recently guiness has introduced this isih red ale to new york.

Bass is the best known brewing company in britian. Founded in 1771 in burton-on-trent, it has produced great beers. Its red triangle symbol was the first trademark to be registered in britian in the 1880's. Bass is a delicate ale w/ a smooth taste.

This lager is made by guinness. By 1959, lager was becoming popular in ireland so guinness established the harp brewery in dundalk. The brian boru harp is the logo.

The north coast brewing company started in 1988 in california. It has grown to become a great little brewery, winning many prestigious awards over the years. Belgian ales represent the height of the brewers' art. This is a great example of a german wheat beer. Erdinger is from the picturesque little town of erding near munich, in the heart of bavaria. Today, this is one of germany’s most modern breweries, exporting their famous wheat beers to 64 countries around the world. It is a family owned business that started in 1886 & has survived the turmoil of two world wars. ‘Erdinger’ wheat beers are bottle conditioned & contains no preservatives or additives.
