- FredJanuary 19, 2012Gringo Enchiladas are great. This is different then most texmex, they use a tomatoe base on top of the enchiladas and a good mix of sautéed veggies. You'll love it.
- My Mariano favorites are the brisket tacos and the beef fajitas. Wash 'em down with a Texas Top Shelf margarita and you'll be a happy Texan. You'll also be back for another "go" of it.
