Sarah JonesAugust 14, 2013AWESOME! Tamales + tapioca teas = genius. Quaint and unique and the owner is very kind. If you are a fan of Bubble Island off Bay Area you will love this place. Outside patio makes it even better.
Tapioca tea in Kemah, yes! Dumplings and eggrolls, too.
