- JL Johnson @User47October 22, 2012As a semi-frequent business and leisure traveler I've stayed at Marriott (including Renaissance) properties all across the country. This one has THE BEST concierge lounge. Amazing selection & quality.
- Stayed on the 16th floor, the room was up-to-date. Very comfortable, even with a 19 month old daughter. The staff is amazing, very helpful and really nice.
- Marriott Grand has a Starbucks and great little Zenia Bar and Grill in the Lobby. Excellent Berber Cauliflower Steak!
- tom kellyApril 7, 2017Nice place, although I thought the rooms were a bit cramped. Lobby area is beautiful with bar & restaurant. Food is a bit pricey, but it is a hotel after all.
- Joanne JerisSeptember 24, 2018Beautiful rooms. Huge flat screen tv in room. Clean, big bathroom. Comfortable beds. Great lounge on 18. The bar is a happening place.
- CDecember 1, 2013Nice enough rooms. Most staff helpful and friendly, parking attendant would not get off phone to assist us. Convenient location and Starbucks in lobby. For the price, it was a nice stay.
- Sergio BarahonaMarch 6, 2012Lots of great tappas and craft beer places around. Check out pappy's bbq . Its on olive street and too far to walk. Get there!!

- Stephen BelcherOctober 9, 2013Nice place but some rooms are outdated. Excellent staff, great bar with lime local microbrews and good food.
- They have updated the rooms with flat screen TVs. makes the room feel bigger and open. This is a great place to stay.
- Rooms def need a technology upgrade but it's a nice place to stay if you want to walk to a lot of great restaurants and bars downtown.

- Mvskoke3000July 12, 2015I was at a conference and it was the host hotel. They offer no free shuttle to and from the airport. They charge $22 per PERSON for shuttle. They have no free breakfast or pool.
- Nicole KendallMarch 14, 2014Outdated Philips TV and $9.95 per day for internet is a turn off; however, nice locale and Culinaria grocery store is a 5-min. walk to save on food/snacks.
- For the name Renaissance, one would expect to have Wi-Fi in the rooms, so guests need to either access Internet through cable or watch TV on their old tube TV sets!
- AnnMarie PSeptember 17, 2017Special thanks to Ruth in the executive lounge - she made a special trip to get my friend Chris a magnetic backing for her badge!
- ChristinaJuly 7, 2013Front desk staff was so nice! Def agree that some things seem outdated but nice place overall and in a great location
- Kenny SMay 24, 2013$15 a day for internet/wifi in 2013 is unacceptable! Also tv was an old school tube. Other than that room was OK. Laura at the front desk was great!
- Gustavo AndradeJuly 2, 2013I was planning to stay at @RenHotels in St. Louis MO for my next trip. Then I heard iPads get stolen there, so... never mind.
- Qiara CarrOctober 13, 2013The staff is excellent! Very nice, but for what I pay to stay here, the rooms should be WAY better & up to date. Reaching behind you to get toilet paper, old model TV and cabinet...just not up to par
- @iShedJ #InstagramJanuary 9, 2013Room is okay; TV and dresser placed in an improper room arrangement. Bed pillows are small, TV from the civil rights movement and doors jam = old...
- Casey McFarlandMay 19, 2013Nice hotel, lower charge than Hyatt but need fridges in rooms, flat screen TVs, easier accessibility to power outlets and rooms off street (even on 9th floor) you can hear traffic VERY loudly.
- Jake DouthatAugust 12, 2012Very nice hotel. Got it for $63 a night on Priceline.com. Tv's need updated but very friendly service
- Make sure you double check which elevators to use for your room! The staff is fantastic!
- Ricky CaveApril 14, 2013Beautiful hotel but please join the 21st Century and get WIFI and updated TV's!!!
- Kayla ShreveMarch 9, 2014Small beds, old tube TV's, no continental breakfast, but the staff is so so helpful & and the beds are so comfortable!
- Some of the rooms smells bad. Ask the front desk to freshen up with ionizer. Great staffs, always helpful.
- Danni EickenhorstApril 16, 2013Eric in the Navigator desk is phenomenally helpful. So glad to have met him today!
- Scott KleinbergSeptember 8, 2013Staff is very nice. Hotel is a bit outdated so if you're looking for super cool you won't find it here. But a decent place to stay - skip the bar. That sucks.
- Internet comes and goes. No set hotel wireless name. A bunch come up when connecting and they go in and out.
- Scott KleinbergSeptember 8, 2013If you get here at checkin time (3-4ish), prepare for a giant line at registration. Giant.
- Nice hotel and comfortable. Location is great, but the rooms could use a new tv's. They just date the room.
- Ro NivonogJuly 2, 2013Hide your valuable stuff, here my iPad was stolen from the room and nobody from hotel security could help me to find it or get the refund. The rooms don't have a safebox and are NOT secure enough.
- Qiara CarrOctober 13, 2013Spent more time updating the lobby than the old outdated rooms! Priorities ppl...
- The gift shop is open until 11pm of you need a drink, snack or souvenir!
- Scott KleinbergSeptember 8, 2013Not a fan of the bar here at all. For a hotel of this caliber it's lacking. No cocktail menu, and you will likely have to ask for your bill at the counter. Choose a nearby bar instead.
- Glad I got a good deal on room through Priceline. Nice size room... tv is outdated... and stupid charges (internet, parking, outrageous priced breakfast buffet)... and our glasses are dirty.
