The Banquet's staff on the Convention Lebel are amazing... Especially The Banquet House Person, they wear Burgandy shirt. Ask for just about anything and you will get it with a smile

Jason AndrewSeptember 2, 2013The Eaton Mall is connected and is nice. Do the bus tour through concierge. I'm disappointed that for $200+ per night that wi-fi isn't included. I know this is Toronto, but stop being stingy Marriott!

James KraftSeptember 1, 2013A little dissatisfied with the height of the shower head (you have to crouch if you're more than 5'8"). Also towels are pretty small and thin for this class of hotel.

If you buy a tour package it comes from a third party. Be sure you want the package because it's hard to get a refund if you do not go for whatever reason.
