Proper marriot with executive lounge and decent breakfast. Most crowded gym I have been in years! I enjoyed my stay :)

The Banquet's staff on the Convention Lebel are amazing... Especially The Banquet House Person, they wear Burgandy shirt. Ask for just about anything and you will get it with a smile

The Eaton Mall is connected and is nice. Do the bus tour through concierge. I'm disappointed that for $200+ per night that wi-fi isn't included. I know this is Toronto, but stop being stingy Marriott!

If you order room service for dinner, the spinach salad is great! Fresh and yummy and the grilled chicken on top was great to make it a meal.

A little dissatisfied with the height of the shower head (you have to crouch if you're more than 5'8"). Also towels are pretty small and thin for this class of hotel.

Nice hotel with all the break out rooms. Food is decent. Am surprised the hotel staff didn't bring in more chairs to the popular break outs

The concierge doesn't work for Marriott. If you buy a tour package it comes from a third party. Be sure you want the package because it's hard to get a refund if you do not go for whatever reason.

Take the 2nd floor passageway to Eaton Center Mall via Sears instead of going outside. Passageway to Sears closes at night though.
