This used to be a good place to go, but “manager” Alexa makes appointments, if the therapist is a no show, she says it’s not her responsibility to make sure the therapists check their schedule. 🤬

I have not had a bad massage yet. Loves this place...almost makes me give up expensive Las Vegas spas....

Awesome people here! They are nice! Im glad i started coming here because at Sherman oaks branch, they are rude.

Today i asked for a cranial sacral but my face was not touched at all :(. But thats ok bec they are still the best and recptionists are really attentive
