Some of the activities we will do every day are:

In the fall of 2012, construction began on a new kybo north, to be ready for summer 2013.

Camp echo has always reflected the ideals of the communities we serve. Everyone is welcome at camp echo, and the values we teach cross all faiths and backgrounds.

Camp echo offers a number of programs during the school year for youth that are looking for outdoor adventures led by the camp echo staff.

Brillianteen is gearing up for its 63rd annual student-produced musical. Youth showboard volunteers lead the complete production of the show, from rehearsals to design and performance.

Over 250 kids participated in this year’s mcgaw ymca youth triathlon! This community event took place at eths and was a great opportunity for youth to challenge themselves and get a feel of pride and accomplishment.

Party days and times: Party times in the gym or youth lobby are flexible. pool parties are usually scheduled between 8:00-9:00 pm on Fridays, and between 2:00-4:00 pm on Saturdays and Sundays.

The y offers over 100 group exercise classes every week, at various times, to accommodate your schedule.

Water exercise increases flexibility, muscular strength, and endurance without stressing your joints.

Yoga improves strength, flexibility, and various systems of the body such as the digestive system. It helps participants manage the stress in their lives, which in turn can help lower blood pressure, control unhealthy habits such as eating when not actually hungry and the emotional ups and downs that life can cause. At the y, we’re here to support your good health in as many ways as possible.

A punch card is required for the following group exercise classes: tai chi, tread and shed, stretch and meditation, and all yoga classes. Punch cards can be purchased at the front desk or the wellness desk.

Wellness isn’t just about how many calories you burn. We know that there is more to being healthy than just cardio machines or weights.

When you have children, the time you spend with them is the most important gift you could ever give to them – and to yourselves as parents.

For parents who need a chance to rejuvenate and reconnect at the y but don’t have child care, we offer babysitting services in our toy- and activity-filled beidler babysitting center.
