They have 3 happy hours a day, 12-1, 4-7, and late night 12-1. Rum and Coke for $4, and we're talking Bacardi, not well crap.

The bartender doesn’t seem to know that the legal drinking age is over 21, or maybe doesn’t care as long as they pay.
