On Wednesdays, this BBQ shop serves up a pretty darned delicious pastrami sandwich. The meat is impressively smokey, thick-cut, & well-spiced. I just found it just a touch dry. WinstonWanders.com

Tem um menu que você pede duas carnes por 1/2 pound e dois acompanhamentos. Serve dois muito bem. Provamos slow-smokwd Texas beef brisket e Memphis Sweet smoked pork. Ambos deliciosos.
