Is our flagship brand. It is brewed in the traditional "old world" manner, using premium two-row malted barley, hops and our own special proprietary yeast strain. It is an amber ale with a rich complex refreshing flavor and a crisp dry finish. Like good wine, Red Tail Ale is a perfect complement to fine dining.

Is a rich Czech Style Pilsner brewed with the finest Pilsen malt and noble hops from the Saaz region. It is brilliant gold, full bodied with a dense white head and with lively carbonation. With a clean crisp palate, dry finish, delicate lingering floral notes, Peregrine is the pinnacle of what a pilsner should be

Is an excellent, rich bodied ale that is brewed to perfection. "Eye" is coppery reddish-amber in color and its unique taste is the result of a judicious mix of caramel and pale malted barley, balanced with Cluster, Cascade and Saaz hops. This gives the Eye its luxurious flavor, substantial mouth-feel and that slightly dry finish. Eye of the Hawk has garnered a cult following that is enviable.

Is a traditional India Pale Ale. We’ve blended American West Coast Cascade Hops with a very generous dose of English Fuggle Hops. This combination makes for a very aromatic character, as well as a truly authentic English flavor which you must taste to believe. “Hopheads” will love this brew!

This full bodied Imperial IPA is brewed with massive amounts of premium varieties of hops such as Amarillo, Cascade, Simcoe and Crystal and paired with a rich blend of luscious Munich, caramel and 2-row pale malts. The result is a perfect balance of luxuriant malt and heady, exhilarating hop flavor. After primary fermentation is finished, we dry hop our Imperial IPA with copious quantities of the above mentioned hops. It is then cold conditioned for a few weeks. The result is an outstanding and unforgettable hop aroma. Starting with an original gravity of 20 Plato and finishing at 8.0% alcohol by volume, this Imperial India Pale is a hop tour de force!

Our‎ Imperial Stout is an impressive, ebony black beer with gorgeous ruby hued highlights, Brewed with several kinds of rich caramel and roasted malts, this robust, full-bodied stout is packed with sensuous chocolate and coffee flavors. The complex roastiness of this brew is interwoven with rich toffee, subtle dark fruit and a hint of anise to round off the malt experience. The intense maltiness is balanced with a floral hop flavor and the aroma from Cascade and Golding hops. With an immense original gravity of 23 Plato, this opulent beer finishes at 10% alcohol by volume. Imperial Stout is a lavish blend of sumptuous flavors, it is silky smooth and deceptively strong.

This is a particularly perfect spring seasonal India Pale Ale! Our Black IPA takes its taste synergy from all the good that heralds spring. It commences with a totally tantalizingly twist on an utterly unique style. In contrast to spring green hues that are resplendently displayed by nature, this ale sports a seductive ebony hue entwined with an aroma that is bold, full of fresh floral and citrus hops, with a mischievous pinch of pine.

Fall brings out the best in in nature. Almost overnight trees that looked acceptable in their majestic coats of green, now don the brazen hues of brass, gold and burnt crimsons. Thanksgiving is perhaps the best of holidays, for it is a time for sharing and enriching our lives. To honor Fall we offer our deep mahogany hued Pumpkin Ale, bursting with a robust roasted malt flavor. To this mélange we add copious amounts of pumpkin and embellish that further with nutmeg, cinnamon and ginger.
