- Comfortable room. Good location. Simple facilities & adequate! However there is NO gym (2 treadmills in a room don't count as a gym btw) also, no blackout curtains so wear an eye mask/shade if needed!
- ibis AdelaideApril 17, 2015Perfect location if you are heading to the Convention Centre or Adelaide Oval for something! Read more
- I think. I really think. This place gives me the spooks! Now I could be COMPLETELY wrong, or it was the plumbing or the Aircond but, knocks knocks knocks at 12am, 2am & 3am? Yo... room 516, hello!
- Adrian WilliamsNovember 26, 2012Newly renovated rooms look great! You don't get better value for money in Adelaide than this hotel with such a prime North Terrace location
- Ian WillisApril 3, 2011Cheap rooms are out the back directly above the dance clubs where the music is so load it is impossible to sleep until it stops at 6:30am. Make sur you get a room at the front
- Les PosenFebruary 28, 2013Small room for this priced hotel and rating. Quiet room almost overlooking North Terrace. But $100 cheaper than nearest competitor due to Festival prices
- Stew CostelloMarch 19, 2013Nice Standard room - newly renovated bathrooms - plenty of space in the room!
- Gary HayesJuly 12, 2013Initially got room 475, a tiny claustrophobic cupboard, what seemed like 8 mins walk from the lift. Avoid anything less than superior rooms. A badly designed 70s feel hotel, with psycho corridors
- Nikki McCartneyMarch 19, 2010Federal bar has two happy hour every night with free nibbles from 5pm - 6pm! Great food on the all day dining menu as well http://tiny.cc/ofXWt Read more
- Katarina O.March 10, 2014We get room 471...i never saw such a small double room in hotel...it feels like cabin on boat...the door to bathroom are from glass so you can see inside even they are closed...it is awfull
- spring cooperAugust 27, 2012make sure you aren't on the alley side. I had garbage trucks waking me up (and other banging noises?)
- Joanne CSeptember 13, 2012over price everything. over price for food, room, services and everything. The ground floor bar is okayish but very pricy when comd too food for what it worth. worth for money
- Not a bad hotel for the price and location, but the air con system can't handle hot weather. Rooms get very stuffy, so ask housekeeping for a fan.
- Security AnalystOctober 30, 2018Helpful staff, tiny gym - dont bother. WiFi not good enough for the business traveller. 2 guys were running fibre down the corridor as I left. Too late.
- Richard DoyleJune 8, 2013New upgraded rooms much better - still do not know why in Australian hotels they have to charge for WiFi
- melvyn leeFebruary 13, 2013No bell boy to help with your luggage, reception is frosty and arrogant. (what, you think I can't afford a damn room here?) the reception looks tiny and thrown together. Waste of money!
- Rupert BensonMarch 12, 2013poor. rooms small. bed uncomfortable. curtains so thin that kept awake by outside lights. wifi ridiculously expensive - cheaper to use Roaming rates on mobile. no room safe. nothing good to say.
- David LloydFebruary 27, 2012What a dump!!! Sorry but tiny room with faux timber finish. Tiny bathroom where you can't even open the door without hitting the shower. Tiny corridors. Want to get out!!!!
- Kristy PMarch 4, 2011I am revolted with this dump, I'm not even attracted to my boyfriend here. It's making his palms sweaty.
- SilkCharmOctober 5, 2010Over the top expensive broadband (27 bucks for 100MB over 24 hours) so not a business hotel. Better suited for non biz tourists I guess?
- aaron iMarch 12, 2011Overpriced for the (crap) quality it is. Good location, if you ignore hindley St. Crazy parking and it's $18. Tiny ass 10 to TV.
