Your catered event can be either a convenient pickup party or we can provide a full compliment of servers to take care of the entire event. We at Metropolitan Seafood also realize that each party is a unique event and we can customize any party to meet your specific needs. Although it seems as though sushi restaurants and sushi fish are appearing at the same regularity as pizzerias in the tri-state area, we at Metropolitan Seafood are in the fish business. Since all of our fish is butchered in house we can select the finest whole fish and cut it to your specific needs. We even carry an array of do-it-yourself sushi items such as bamboo rolling mats, rice vinegar, specialty sushi rice and much more. All sushi rolls and platters are served with wasabi, pickled ginger, soy sauce and chop sticks. Any roll you choose can be enhanced with flying fish roe for taste and texture or make it a spicy roll.
