Go to dinner here. The restaurant rotates and the buffet has awesome food. A bit pricey, but worth it if u wanna treat yourself!

Honestly, the view is not worth the prices ($16 cocktails and $40 buffet). It's not a true 360 view as the room is circle inside of a square building. Half the time looking at corners!

Kind of cool being on top of Times Square. But def a tourist trap. Whether you are at a table already or not, at 8pm they charge a cover?!! Not a chance!

The view is amazing...but the drinks are way overpriced and the service in the evening stinks (waited 45 minutes for drinks)...luckily avoided the cover charge tho. Have to go to flr 3 first to get up
