Why does American Airlines need to charge $50 to get on an earlier flight if you're at the gate and the flight is not full?? Makes no sense.

American Airlines Terminal has only a few horrible places to eat. If you want to eat heslthy, grab food before you get to the airport.

Horrible service, had 5 employees cut in front of me at the checkin, nobody speaks English, I felt foreign in my own country.

This has to be one of the worst airport by far! Poor customer service. Forget about online on boarding because the computer system might be out once you get there.
